Lane Kiffin is positioned to get Ole Miss back into a New Year Six Bowl Game. Hugh Freeze got the Rebs there. It didn’t last long because of self-inflicted wounds from Freeze. Now we’ll see if Kiffin can stick the landing and hang around long enough to get this program to higher ground. I like having Kiffin in the SEC. Ole Miss is a fun show to watch on TV. Yes, I’d hire him if I was the AD at LSU, or Miami, or anywhere else he’d say yes. But if Kiffin decides to stay, his next mountain is obvious, getting Ole Miss to Atlanta for an SEC Championship Game. I’d like to see him try.
