This was a great photo to see. Injured Alabama WR John Metchie with Alabama Mascot Big Al after the win over Cincinnati. The smile is great, but I miss Metchie. Not just because we had him on the show every week this season as part of our first ever NIL Deals with him and Bo Nix. I miss him on the field playing. His route running and reliability was missing in the Semi-Finals. I fear it will be a bigger hole against Georgia in the rematch. Metchie made plays. Not always Touchdowns, just move the chains plays. My gut tells me Georgia is too good to get beat twice. The Tide could use all hands on deck, including the soft, reliable ones that 8 used to catch passes.
