Not to look ahead to next year, but Alabama Basketball got a big invitation on Tuesday. The Tide will be play in The Phil Knight Invitational on Thanksgiving Weekend in 2022. The 8 Team Tournament is in Portland to honor Nike Founder Phil Knight on his 85th Birthday. Alabama will play with these elite programs: UConn, Iowa State, Michigan State, North Carolina, Oregon, Portland, and Villanova. First things first, Alabama has a home game tonight against hungry Mississippi State inside Coleman Coliseum (picture above) I’ll see you at the stadium. – Jim Dunaway
