Lane Kiffin produced the first 10-win regular season in Ole Miss history in 2021. I don’t expect this team to reach that level, but Lane Kiffin is sounding more and more like a Coach who could hang around longer than first expected. At his news conference this week, he said that when he was hired, “I needed Oxford and Ole Miss more than (they) needed me.” Sustaining success has never been on Lane Kiffin’s resume. He has never been around long enough to do it. Maybe Ole Miss is his comfort zone. – Jim Dunaway
