Nick Saban and Alabama survived The Swamp (picture above from Florida Athletics, XOS) It wasn’t easy and at times, it wasn’t pretty. The 2nd Half reminded fans a lot of the Ole Miss game in 2020. The Alabama Defense struggling to stop the option runs and short passes. Both results were Alabama wins. The Tide has won 17 in a row. It should be 18 this week with Southern Miss. Then comes Ole Miss with Heisman Leader Matt Corral and a road trip to Texas A&M. Alabama’s schedule has 4 ranked teams remaining and is rated the 7th toughest in CFB. The time is now to correct in last minute issues.
