I’m looking forward to my first trip to Jordan-Hare Stadium this season. It was the place I covered my first College Football Game as a sports reporter. I had graduated in August and by September I had fallen “ass backwards” into my first job and the assignment was to cover Number 7 Auburn in their season opener vs. Kentucky. It was my first ever trip to the Auburn Campus. Growing up in a sidewalk alumni family of Alabama fans it was nothing like I imagined. I thought it was amazing and then SID David Housel was the most hospitable human I had ever met. I had dreamed of this job since I was 11 years old, and on that day, dreams came true.
