Tennessee started what they hope to be a Rivalry Renewal Tour Saturday with the win over Florida. It was the first win for The Vols over The Gators since 2016 and only the second win since 2004. That is 2-16 against rival Florida in the last 18. Big Orange is 2-10 vs. Georgia in the last 12…but the big one is Alabama. Tennessee hasn’t beaten The Tide since 2006, the year before Nick Saban arrived. That is 15 straight for Alabama. Tennessee has LSU then a BYE Week before Alabama comes to Knoxville. Meanwhile, Nick Saban takes his troops on the road to dangerous Arkansas this week, then they host Texas A&M…then without a Bye Week, travel to Tennessee.
