Road wins at Alabama and Ole Miss has set the table for a special Monday for Bruce Pearl (Above) and Auburn Basketball. I think Auburn will be ranked Number 1 in The AP Poll when it comes out around 11:00am central…worst case scenario they are 2. Think about this, Saturday brings Kentucky and The CBS camera’s to Auburn Arena. No stage in basketball will be bigger. The Tigers are a projected 1-Seed in the latest Bracketology and they have now won 13 games in a row. The only loss all season, back on November 24th to UConn. This team is one of the best in America, and when Walker Kessler isn’t dealing with fouls, I think they are the best. We are a long way from Selection Sunday, but this team is better on paper than the one that went to Minneapolis and The Final Four in 2019. Trying to meet those expectations is what makes the journey so much fun.
