Alabama got a road win at Florida last night. Nate Oats finally saw the Defense that made his team so nasty last year. It comes just in time. Monday, I’ll be in Indianapolis for Alabama vs. Georgia for a football National Championship. Tuesday is a travel day, which keeps me out of Tuscaloosa for a game I’ve been waiting to see. The two best basketball teams in the SEC IMO. The first of at least two meetings between Auburn and Alabama. I expect the Tigers and Tide to finish 1-2 in the SEC. I wouldn’t be shocked if we got a 3rd meeting in The SEC Tournament Championship Game. I expect both teams to be at least in the Sweet 16. I wouldn’t be shocked if one or both make The Elite 8 or Final 4…they are that good. It doesn’t look like our heart rate will slow down until April around here.
