The picture above was one of the most stressful nights in my professional career. It was the only year we had two penalties for The Bracket Challenge. Brown finished last and went to a MAC Game to get on National TV Dressed up as Bob Ross. I finished tied for first, lost the tiebreaker to LT, and had to do 7 Minutes of Standup at The Stardome in Birmingham. If you don’t know, I’m not a comedian. I did open for two professional comedians on this night. It was a Tuesday and we truthfully were expecting 50 people to show up. It was closer to 250. Honestly, I blacked out. I don’t remember anything other than my opening line, “Hi, I’m Jim Dunaway from The RoundTable and I’ll tell you the same thing I told my wife on our honeymoon…I won’t be up here long.” Turns out I was. Not on the honeymoon, but on stage. My 7 minutes turned into 23 minutes because I had blacked out. I appreciate the memory…but to this day, I still believe that was the toughest punishment in show history. – Jim Dunaway
