The Opening Ceremony of The 2022 World Games is tonight here in Birmingham, and as you can see in the picture above, the fields and courts are ready to go too. (Pictured: Flag Football fields at Legion Field) I’ve said this a couple of times on the show, I don’t know what to expect from this event. I’m not that familiar with it. I’ve spent 7 years in town watching great people work long, hard hours to get ready for it. Everything looks great and I know it will be first class. I still am not sure what it will be like, but I promise I’ll try to be a part of it. I hope you will too. The one thing I don’t want to happen to any of us is that 16 days from now, we look back and wished we would have enjoyed it more. – Jim Dunaway
