Auburn’s Baseball Team did what many Auburn fans are doing today, they shipped out for Omaha and The College World Series. The odds to win a championship came out and Auburn is in a familiar role, underdogs. Remember, Butch Thompson’s team wasn’t expected to be here. Preseason expectations were low. Auburn doesn’t have some roster advantages as other SEC Powerhouses. Yet Auburn is here, again, for the second time in three years. Butch doesn’t make excuses.
