We all know that every day is not full of sunshine. I, like many of you, dip in and out of depression. Often it is brief…part of a day or so. Other times, it can linger. Those are the times you have to have outlets. Exercise, sitting outside in the sun, watching/talking sports, or just talking to a friend can help. Sometimes it is the friends that can put you in that tailspin. That’s normal. Most people are unaware of their impact on others. Just remember, the sun always comes back. Always. These dark moments go away. No rash, life changing decisions. Ride the wave, and keep swimming, and when you come out of it…be thankful.
