One of our Great Viewers/Listeners Chris Mugnier is in the spirit of USFL Championship Weekend. He sent us this picture of his two tickets from the old USFL back in the 80’s. The Birmingham Stallions play the Philadelphia Stars Sunday Night. If Birmingham wins, it will be the 2nd Pro Football Championship won in the city. The First (and only) World Bowl was the Championship Game of The World Football League (WFL). The Birmingham Americans beat The Florida Blazers 22-21 on December 5th, 1974. The Stallions will be battling history Sunday. The Stars lost the USFL Championship Game in 1983 before winning it in 1984 and 1985, they are basically The Patriots of The USFL, Ha! – Jim Dunaway
